At Botanique Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unused items in their original Botanique Paris boxes and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to our Atelier

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
